    At our farm, we have cultivated an intense love for both the land and the people who live on it. Through careful stewardship, environmental and community activism and a dedication to local business and sustainable agriculture, we hope to expand our farm and continue to pass down this gift from generation to generation.

    With these goals in mind, Heritage Line Herbs is proud to announce the opening of a new section of our website. "Around the Farm" will provide you with daily news or recipes, essays, speeches, local affairs coverage and herbal industry news. Our hope is that you take an interest in both our business and our region, and learn more about the exciting developments in both!

    Using both fresh herbs grown on the farm and dried herbs invented, prepared and bottled on-site, the Silver Birch Tea Room is a great way to spend an afternoon with friends. Take a tour through our gorgeous gardens, eat under the comfortable shade of our outdoor patio, or lounge by the waterfall. Open June to October, the Tea Room has a full menu. Hours of operation are 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday. For more information, please go to "The Silver Birch" category of this section.

    In order to make sifting through all this information easier, we have organized it into categories. "The Farm" will keep you up-to-date on sales and events through our store. It also has a list of the retail herbs that are available for sale, and a list of our herb blends. "The Silver Birch" provides you with the menu to our tearoom, recipes from Deb's kitchen, and other food-related tidbits. "A Proud History" has speeches made by Tom and Deb Benner and a biography of our family farm. "Values" details our social and environmental point of view, including essays and news about local business, ethical consumption and green economy. Lastly, "Let's Talk" has maps to our farm, and contact information for inquiries and comments.
