Adding herbs to your meal will make even the simplest fare burst with flavour. Not sure where to begin?  Try a cooking with herbs class at Heritage Line Herbs.

Whether you are a beginner or someone who wants to learn a few tips, "Cooking with Herbs" is fun and educational for everyone.

Learn how to incorporate both fresh herbs and dried herbs in your everyday cooking.  These classes offer lots of sampling - and alternatives if you don't like the herbs being used in any particular dish.

Add herbs to your breads, appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts.  Learn how to substitute fresh for dried.  Take home recipes and lots of ideas. 

Our Cooking with Herbs classes are offered at various times throughout the year.  A list of 2011 dates is below.  Pre-registration is required as we keep the classes small so each person will be able to enjoy what they are learning.
