Tea from many parts of the world will be sampled and the story of the tradition behind the tea will be shared. Enjoy the beauty of the waterfalls and gardens on our special tour. Learn about the herbs we include in our landscaping and how you can use them at home. Includes a traditional afternoon tea complete with scones, crumpets, clotted cream, tiny sandwiches and desserts. Cooking Demonstration. A Foodie, A Farmer & A Feast, brought to you by Relish Elgin Magazine (www.relishelgin.ca) and Heritage Line Herbs. This demonstration will present information on the seasonal bounty of "early summer,” the farmers who produce it, tips from local foodies and demonstrations with tasting of a five-course feast made from locally produced foods.
