The Silver Birch Tea Room Opens for the Season

Join us for lunch, high tea or a snack in our open-air tea room by the waterfall, Monday to Saturday from 10 to 4. We feature a full menu, made with fresh herbs, heirloom vegetables and local produce. Afternoon high tea is available, complete with clotted cream and scones, tiny sandwiches, desserts and more from 1 p.m. on. Reserve your table for High Tea lunch or just stop in for tea and muffins. Join Heritage Line Herbs to celebrate Canadas birthday. Barbecued lunch is available from 11:00 to 3:00, reservations are not required, but are a good idea. Lunch includes barbecued chicken, hamburger, hot dog or veggie dog and salads, dessert and a drink.
